The customer service was fantastic! Stephen was absolutely funny. His explanation of Historical events triggered a nice flow of conversation in the vehicle.  He was very professional and the vehicle was clean and very comfortable.  

For the island tour our guide (his name escapes me at the moment) also provided excellent customer service.  He helped us fine tune our vacation plans and he was very patient.  He also was very involved by taking our pics without being too intrusive. 

Anyway overall you get five stars. We are very happy with our time spent in your care.
